She said she would call back. Five minutes later she called me back and asked if I changed my number. I said yes and gave her another number. She was to call back but never did. Since I had called many times before, without getting more than "No new customers". I thought I would be in their database. My opinion is to go somewhere else and forget the Nazi. I can understand security and not wanting to have a le problem, but there are more places to do business with without the hassle.

It seems as if the woman that answers the phone most of the time lately is even more deserving of the "Nazi" title than the guy (even though the the guy was the original recipient of the title). For some time, I had only been to the Willowbrook location (s) (there used to be 2 Willowbrook locations). I had many unsuccessful tries before I finally was allowed to the Willowbrook location, but the first time I ever called for the Elston location, he let me right in because I was not considered a new customer. It sucks that the woman doesn't treat you as an existing customer since you've been to Elston.

Although the woman seems to answer the phone the majority of the time lately, I do occasionally still get the original guy. Your best chance is probably to keep trying until you eventually get the guy. Based on my experience, I think he will treat you as an existing customer and let you in.
