Strip Club Reports

I've been hearing about Ybor Strip ever since I arrived in Florida 5 years ago. I was in Tampa yesterday and have to admit that I am disappointed. First of all I got hit for a $10 admission which I think is ridiculous for 4 o'clock in the afternoon. I walked in and [I] was the only customer in the place. Perhaps they would have more business if they waived the entrance fee! I went into the private area with two girls, the first one was really nice. She gave 3 nice dances which [I] enjoyed very much. [I] went and sat near the stage to tip the girls and [/I] was joined by a young lady who kept on pushing to go in the private room. Against my better judgement I went in with her and she pushed from the moment she started dancing for us to go into the $250 "champagne room". When I declined she kept on pushing and finally I had to stop the dance after two. I got up and left YS after that. I did not appreciate the attitude I got and will not go there again

It looks like the OP had a nice time with the first dancer but the second one was too pushy and hit him with a constant upsell.- even after he took her to one of the regular back rooms. The $ pressure is there now, from what I'm told by a dancer friend / acquaintance, with more girls fighting for wallet time. Dancer No. 2 might even be more annoying then.

At the same time, her behavior in the big room should have been a big clue. Though nowhere did the OP say he actually told her "hey, I just want to watch the stage and tip here for a while," or words to that effect.

And what club isn't hit or miss? Though I agree about time being bad.- 4 pm Was right before the after work crowd would show up and long after any kind of lunch crowd would be there. And being the only guy in the club is rarely a good thing.

You could easily think that it's the only club in town and getting all the business. Then I read that it's hit / miss or empty with one customer and I have to wonder why we never hear about other clubs if this is so iffy. Last word that I heard is that Pink Pony is never hit / miss and always has good action, never empty, but there is no 411 on the board. Just sayin. . .

Still, I'm thinking Tampa has got more than two strip clubs, and you would think that YS would be consistently busy, just based on the number of posts..

While I guess all of us are not on geriatric formula, I hadn't even seen a "drive by' post like "went by PP, but decided not to stay because of the thugs and dboys" but I'll leave that alone. Be Safe.

Be Safe.[/QUOTE]Funny you say that. I posted earlier about sometimes the uncomfortable environment outside of some clubs like PP and why they are lower on the rotation. It just depends on your comfort with the chances of something going wrong with your desire for fun. Generally place security higher than most. The recent Brass Flamingo incident just supports that for me. Too many "youths" equals not much fun for me.

I thought this place was a joke, Rooms overpriced and they wanted a 5 dollar are-enrty fee everytime.

You left the building for any reason, never heard of a club doing that. Won't be back.

Steep entry fee (I think that it was around $15 bucks), and you could pay a 1 time fee of about $20 bucks to use the private rooms anytime you want. They had some pretty decent girls there. And I can remember one girl who was pretty much ready to join AARP. One in particular went by the name Diamond. She was a lot of fun in the private rooms. No inhibitions at all. These days, I go to the clubs in Pasco. No entry fees during the days, and depending on the club, some pretty good talent to play with.

It be better if the got alcohol but, it has a very good and chill vibe to it and most of the girls are hot and some very hot ones as well some regular girls, but not bad at all. Better I think that Monss Venus and 2001 and the extras can be and is more ymmb but some girls are offering FS with the private room witch is up of 300 for hh if you got the money and like the few girls that offered it because a lot of the hot ones they are just playing and do nothing, as a good rule I like to speak with the girl and get the vibe from her first instead of just jumping to a lap dance that is a girl just grinding on you, well I don't have to tell you guys that strippers have there own game that do not work with regular girls. I like this place the girls are not very pushy and one more thing the music is cater to the girls but the costumers are early 30's to 40's men so I think if the music was cater for the costumer it will make a better vibe with music of late 80's and 90's mix with current hits, because music can take you back in your mind is ted of high bit music that all it does is stress me out and I can do with out the cigarette smoke I hate smelling like a ashtray.

Found myself in Tampa with nothing to do on a Sunday night so I thought I'the drop by Lipstixxx on Lois. Used to go there before it moved because of the airport expansion land grab ages ago. Same type situation as before. Cover plus VIP room fee totals $40 (paid separately of course).

Three girls working that night: a tatted brunette spinner, a young brunette from Montana or Idaho or somewhere out there, and a nice 30-something blonde. Not Mons quality but all in all a decent time. Senior contributors can PM for details. Would go back, at least to check out who is available.
