Also, I don't think they are confused about what a BBBJ is.

Friend I went to High school with is an FBI agent (obviously he dosen't know about my hobby). When he was a rookie agent his job was to sit in chat rooms, pretending to be a 15 year old girl, trying to lure pedophiles into a meeting. I teased him endlessly about that. I ask him once why they had to wait until they showed up at the "girls" house before they busted them. He said they had to show intent to commit the crime. And chatting or writing about it was not enough. Any decent lawyer would just say it was a fiction and not real. Ie. Like when the high school guy claims he go a home run but actually only got to first base with the hot cheerleader.

That being said, they could still ruin your day by even bring that to air, but I don't think they would have to wait for you to stop using code words to do it. More likely it is just such a minor offense, if any, they are going to bother.
