Hi all, I recently visited your great city and wanted to give a quick report. First a shout out to liberation who sent me a very helpful pm--he suggested a strategy I was using anyway, but nice to have my ideas validated by a local.

It worked fine, and might work for others who are Spanish impaired. Only one girl said "no"others were happy to go with me.

I don't understand which girls are on the street and which are in the clubs. I say this because a few of the girls I saw on the street were super hot--really great. Many on the streets were awful. But why are super hotties not working in the clubs? I don't know, but in my limited experience its worth walking around a bit and seeing who you might find.

Last thing: I travel internationally on business fairly regularly, so I have a Global Entry card. Works fine getting back into the USA from Tijuana; you get to skip the line. But you need to have some kind of card--the Sentry card is the local version of the Global Entry; the lines were awful and would make a visit to Tijuana much less pleasant, to say the least.

Cops usually will not let an undercover get in a car notice I said usually that being said increases your chances. That brings me to the whole solicitation argument for most of us that is nether here or there because at that point your having to go court to prove they were in the wrong. I have been doing this for about 6 years and these rules have kept me safe and one finally thing if it feels wrong and feels bad go with your gut and get away worst happens in that case you got to go jerk off otherwise risk end up in jail.
