Is this not standard practice?
Probably a good idea to get yourself tested periodically.
I kinda thought this went without saying. Especially for those of you who insist on going bare every chance you get. How many of you are not getting tested regularly?
Eskanazi has free discreet testing
Not wanting to turn this into an STI class but given the recent rumors, it is common for men to have no symptoms. Which leads to a woman finding out first and the guy naturally thinking 'I got it from her' bc he hasn't had any symptoms 'yet'. She had symptoms first, she must've been the one who got it first, isn't true.
I have a doctor and insurance but for those who do not, maybe someone could post any free clinics that are available. I know when I was 19 and had a scare, I was too chicken sheet to tell my parents so I just went to a Planned Parenthood and they tested me for free. That was 20 years ago so idk what options are out there now. Stay safe and help everyone else stay safe as well. Get tested, let people know if you test positive. It's an unfortunate part of the game, not talking about it does more harm than good.
If you're scared to report on here, DM me and I'll keep your identity quiet and just report out 'someone said and they've visited these places. If it needs to be that way. I don't judge. I need to check the forum rules on this topic too.
Eskanazi downtown Indy has a free STI testing clinic. All very discreet.
