Nevertheless, providers talk to each other about us as well. I was with one this morning and she got a call while I was digging her out. After we were done, she look to see who it was and said something about a "Boundary Breaker. " I asked what's that? She said there is a app for providers that they use to get details on cell numbers. That call said Boundary Breaker, which she says meant someone who breaks the boundaries of what a provider sets.
