Once the rush both ways is done and the homeless and pan handlers can move around they start in with their bs! Now very late downtown in the tunnel it gets really dicey because they are also making the connect to the red line south and you are right I have never seen a cpd, cpd transit, k9 guys or any copper stopping someone from the hood. Now I ride my bicycle on the sidewalk on milwaukee ave up here and I get stopped! Not ticketed but warned and of course he takes a look at my I'd to run a wants and warrant check! Firstly many of these guys are gun shy in that they might get called out on racial profiling! But in the end they know certain people with certain looks can afford the fines and that is why they are stopping us on the strolls! Meanwhile the city burns!
