I visit all the clubs occasionally just for the firsthand experience and hoping to find that gem. Even in the dive bars, you may occasionally get lucky but usually I end up asking myself WTF I didn't just stay at Gats where the scenery and talent is much better and the "poundage and years" much lower. Of the higher end clubs like Hush, most are too prim and proper and you get very little for your $. On a good afternoon Gats may have 5-10 dancers, on a good night 15-20 (sometimes more) looking way better than the dive bars. More girls means more competition; get some dances, buy a few drinks to weed out who is good and who is lame, doesn't take long to get to know the good ones that offer "extras". Then discretely explore ITC and OTC options, treat them well and my experience is they could become your long term UTR.

As for the rest it all varies. Some girls are upfront some you have to walk to the point. I've found say time / shift change to be best but it's always a crap shoot. But truthfully the risk is probably only a bit higher than a one night stand with a girl you might meet at a regular bar. As for asking that's why I recommend lusty or ogd as a place to start when looking for extras.
