While VH was being shut down I spotted a few, what I think were SWs, on Hamilton Ave and some on Fair Street. I didn't attempt to pick them up because I'm not sure if the providers do get picked up from there or if they were locals. With this being my first real winter driving in VH I have no idea what these ladies do when it gets cold.
