Watching channel 11 right now (9:05 am) and theres a news conference about "human trafficking" and of course they are standing on SB blvd.
They say they've arrested over 200 people in the last year.
Yeah I drove by this morning and saw that they were right in front of the US bank on SB. Then I've been hearing on the am radio station that there has been a year long sting operation in the area. Now they are going after the motel owners who are allowing this to happen behind closed doors. This is not looking good for SB.

Boy, I had a great times with prostitutes in motels up and down SB over the last 36 years. I feel bad for anybody looking for dates there nowadays.
I'm so happy there's zero crime in the SFV apparently with the LAPD focusing most of their manpower on prostitution.
Lots of factors involved when a sting OP goes down, but one of them is stake holder pressure. The valley is changing and homes are getting expensive. When you drop $500-600 K for a home to raise your family, finding condoms in the street, or interrupting car dates in your neighborhood gets you pretty pissed off.

Its mostly lined with businesses and cheap hotels which means no one will be offended at the sight of prostitutes working at 3 am.

What a Joke!
Give me a break. The LAPD and local city officials are simply using this weak attempt to get credit in the public eye and use this as an excuse to go after the " johns " to raise money! They put a female police officer on the street to pose as a SW because they know damn well there are hardly any and usually NO real SW's out in the SFV anymore. But they still make it sound like it is a huge problem in the SFV so they can have an excuse to entrap men looking for sex (looking for sex is not illegal) . And they have the nerve to call men, who are " looking for sex " , perverts! Well than I guess that makes ALL men perverts because last I checked, all men have looked for sex at some point in their lives. Here is the article: http://abc7.com/news/more-than-200-pimps-johns-arrested-by-san-fernando-valley-trafficking-unit/1490545/ .

What a Joke!
This must be a joke because there has not been any significant SW action in the SFV for several years! http://abc7.com/news/more-than-200-pimps-johns-arrested-by-san-fernando-valley-trafficking-unit/1490545/.

Might want to proceed with caution.

Sepulveda.
I really see it as not a good "Track" anymore. It used to be a designated area for subhuman types and freaks. Now it is actually lived in. Lots of latinos, and some dum as f whites who like to live in the valley. Patterns change. The dregs now seem to be farther north and east.

Thursday 1 am
Decided to go for a cruise in hopes to pick up something good and saw nothing! Wanted to try something different but no action. Went home disappointed.

No luck
Just started a couple months ago looking for any SW and haven't seen anything. I'm usually going out around after midnight and try around lankershsim and San Fernando and haven't seen anything and the San Fernando rd in sylmar by roxford. I've been flying blind looking for some help. Anything you guys can let me know would be great.

Lankersheim track
Hey fellow mongers.
Coming back in town decided to check out the Lankersheim track since it's not usually near me.
This was around midnight tonight. Did the whole SFR to the 134 Fwy round trip and did see anything, nada.
Mondo.

Sb
I spent the early part of Saturday evening trolling SB. The street was bustling--but not with prostitutes. What a shame. Thanks Obama.
