She initially asked for a 20k settlement and McDonald's refused on principal. In the eventual court case she was awarded $2.86 million. The trial judge reduced the award to $640,000 and the parties agreed to a confidential amount before it went to appeal. But, all this for someone too dumb to know that you don't know that coffee is hot and that you don't pop the lid between your knees? There are many lessons to be learned from this, including that taking your first loss can be the best decision, regardless who may be at fault, and never overestimate the intelligence or underestimate the big-corporation hatred of the average American jury. Now you will notice that every cup of coffee served by any restaurant chain has a warning label that the coffee is hot. DUH!

I once read the label of a cough syrup for kids under 12. One of the warnings was not to operate heavy machinery?

There used to be a TV show called "America's Dumbest Criminals." The escapades I remember best included one guy who complained to LE about some bad dope he bought. Another guy wrote a bank robbery note to the teller on his deposit slip. And, then there was the group who forgot to fill the tank on their getaway car.

An IQ test was never a requirement for being a criminal, OR a monger. When I see a story about a monger complaining to LE about getting ripped off by a SW, or someone picking up a girl right on the Ave with a squad car half a block behind him, or any number of other boneheaded moves, it becomes very clear to me that some mongers may never learn until they suffer consequences for their actions.

While being led to car in cuffs, he supposedly asked if this would affect his retirement. DUH?

As to learning from their actions. I doubt that. If we did we wouldn't have so many three time losers in jail right now. .

You are so right that we could carry on how dumb some people and some mongers are forever.

I just don't trust BP ads. I would love to have Jenna. If I could be sure that is who I'm getting. Fact is,"If it looks too good to be true." And I can't afford 400 to find out. Even if she is real, IMHO, no pussy worth all that. Truth is once you walk in the door, you're screwed.

Slutty Pie is worth the drive. If I had to trust the ads. She comes across as a real person.

Mostly I do prefer SW because as you say Super. I can see what I. M getting. A bird in the hand so to speak.

There are many categories in my 2010 contest. Girls can be nominated and win in more than one category. Members can vote in any or all categories they so choose. It says something about the attitudes of Philly area SWs that I have a slate of 20 nominations for Miss Congeniality 2010. This does not mean there were not many more girls with wonderful attitudes. These were just among the best IMHO. Feel free to nominate more.

What criteria should apply to your voting? It is your vote. You may use any criteria that you think is appropriate in either this or any other category. Perhaps you or someone you know dated one of them and you have a favorite. Maybe you like the way one of them looks. You may have read my reports and felt a particular liking for one over the others. Perchance you just like her cute face, expression or the way she smiles. The criteria are as endless as there are different people and different tastes.
