I need to give props to Horny for being able to take pics while he is drivign down the road! Sunday morning I was doing an early morning cruise when I wanted to take some pics of the local talent tha I have not seen before.
Well things did not come out too good. I pretty much got pictures of EVERYTHING but what I wanted. I got buildings, telephone poles, and some GREAT shots of my dashboard! Anyway just wanted to publicly say thank you to Horny.
Sunday afternoon cruise saw none on Elmwood, moved over to CF. No sign of Jessica, multiple LE near Sunnyhill. One attractive blonde SW near Jencks park but too many civillians for pickup.
Late evening midnight cruise of Pawt and CF. Nothing on Broadway / Industrial area, nothing in CF either.
This was all Sunday.
It comes with trial and error, I had quite a few nice shots ruined by either a dirty windshield / window as all the dirt gets magnified in the pic as it's closer than what you wanted to take a pic of. You also have to be able to hide what you're doing from most of them or they'll throw shit at your ride. The same with taking pics of the SW in action, I have had a lot ruined by the flash (why I have it off most of the time) or by being too close to the action. It does take some practice to be able to take pics while you're getting some action at the same time. You also have to make sure that nothing that can identify you makes it into the pics as well. Like with most things the more you do it the better you'll get.

Did a run last night hoping to run into Jessica but no luck there, so as I made one more run up dexter and saw Pawtucket Jenn see pics from Horny's post. We went to one one my spots for a pretty good BBBJ I can not complain from her service. For inside, you'll need a wider aperature / shutter speed combo, so go for the Party / Indoor setting. That should reduce blur and give you more "keepers"! As always, thanks for your pics!

First problem is that you bought a Nikon, the Canons are usually use much better sensors, its not the amount of MP the camera has but the quality of the sensor that makes a good pic. Nikons are good cameras but sometimes struggle with Low light or indoor type pics. Not sure what settings you can make on your Nikon but there must be a way to set it so it can take a quality indoor or low light pic even if there is movement going on. I'm not a Camera pro by any means so maybe someone else can comment on what setting to make indoors when movement is involved, if your cam has a sports mode that many times is good cause it adjust the light sensitivity along with the shutter speed.
