Tiny little space with maybe 3 or 4 massage rooms. Walk on back rails on the ceiling. Cramped shower / bathroom. Several girls work on a rotating schedule (I think). Girls have generally been young (under 40 and sometimes in 20's) and reasonably attractive. Walls are thin and I'm frequently cautioned not to talk too loud. I've never gotten more than HJ with OTC roaming. Big upsell to get naked ($200 tip). HHJ finish has always been pretty good but every request for FS or BJ has been met with "Oh, I don't do that."
YMMV, especially with repeat visit with the same girl but I suspect you will need some pretty good chemistry.
