Hey,
I am from Savannah, Ga but will be in your area for a week or so next month. Could someone please translate what PH or UPH stands for. I've searched through many reports in hopes it would be revealed but couldn't find a clue. Looking at a map info see a Park Hill. Is that What it stands for? Thanks I'm advance.

So, in that area there are 5 different neighborhoods as you go down Warsaw / Glenway. Starting from downtown heading west: lower price hill, easily distinguishable because it's at the bottom of the hill. As you go up the hill o either Warsaw or Glenway, once you hit grand that's east price hill. Either direction on grand will lead you to the incline district or to Fairmount / queen city. Hence the locations known as Covedale theater and Covedale library etc. The origins of Price's hill comes from when that family owned the whole area the portion at the bottom (lower Price's hill) the higher portion (upper Price's hill).
