It seems there was a genuine mistake on his part, of which he rectified from the sounds of it. You have now posted multiple times on this board the story. Posting once is undestandable, but almost the identical post twice seems a little odd. I hope you can move on from this situation. Anyone involved in this hobby knows, just like a business, not all transactions are smooth nor something to use as a refrence. Sometimes you just have to pick up your toys and move to a new sandbox.

That's pretty much the way my first time trying to see her went too. You have to make sure you have sent your reference information and your phone number to her ahead of time. It's a long story, but after she expained why she sets appointments the way she does, it made sense. Keep trying, it's well worth it. I would call her very cautious before I ever called her flaky.

She left me thinking that we might be real friends someday and just hang out together. I know better; but that's a sign that of a great provider in my book.
