This is a little late posting and my UTR wasnt available and saw another one of my ATF. Communication and ease of setting of appointment was spot on. It ended up a no go because she couldn't make the appointed time. Communication was good to inform me that she needed to push the time back. Bev is not my taste, however with the glowing oral reports I've been curious.
