Does anyone have any intel on this STG ad? Is Charm back open? Someone using the old phone number on the side? I appreciate any info.

Long time lurker here trying to give back to the community.

I visited spring spa in Spring Grove, IL recently. Walk-in appointment, didn't call ahead to schedule. I was met at the door by the mama, who I know I recognize from years past, but I can't place her. There's been several reports in the past 2 years consistently saying nothing more offered than SS and roaming.
