Hey, I get it. Sometimes we don't get what we think we should. No matter who we are with, but I have to chime in here because I had a totally different experience with Diamond.

The law says they need an intake form with specific info. I believe it's considered the same as medical records but really don't trust that it is. I have no problem with it and nobody really should, why hide going somewhere for a massage?
