The mail is the nail in the coffin but many states do not require that. Only a proof the person has been there for sometimes at little as 3 weeks. Of course the person having her stuff in your place or being thrown out is a proof, any witness is a proof and so on.

As I had heard, look at the serious numbers like hospitalizations. As an example; if they test 1000 people and have 150 positives on Monday and by Thursday they test 5000 people with 450 positives, YES they have more positives but the percentage went down. Those requiring hospitalization, ventilation are the important numbers because there are quite a few that get it and barely show symptoms or issues and many of them don't get tested.

Better indicator is the number of new cases. I'm in the higher risk category as is my wife (even higher). I'm on the sidelines too but am thinking about seeing one of my SA contacts that has been playing it safe too soon.
