I did a quick few laps around 1 am /2 am Wednesday night and counted 17 SWs out. Again, wasn't really in the mood for a pick-up just going through on my way home. They ask for more in 15 minutes than what people make in 4 hours of work. And once they get it they often have the worse of moods to getting the money. This is definitely the general mood out there these past four years and why I've been so turned-off from it all. Most of the excitement of the street scene is the pursuit and catch, once you have one the actual experience is usually just so-so at best. When the SWs along AA were more local and I'd see them out there on a regular basis the service was generally better. They'd be more comfortable and at ease. Once all of the overly-dolled-up LA / Vegas / Bay Area girls showed-up all of that went out the window for the most part. The vast majority don't seem to be interested in repeat business because they aren't here for very long, their goal is to get money as quickly as possible with as little actual work as possible and burn through it. They have no commitment to your service, their commitment is to their "people" and advancing their own situation. The feeling they give-off is one of hostility. That being said, there are some decent SWs out there but it takes a while to find one. And then she leaves. For example, most of this past fall and winter I've been seeing one SW from Vegas who travels in and out of the area and always contacts me. She's got it down with scheduling, service, attitude and realistic rate. So there are some who seem to get it. She also seems to have goals beyond all of this, not something I hear from a lot of SWs out there in my experience so I suspect that has more to do with it. Most of this is fast-cash and short-term fulfillment for a lot of them, they don't seem to think beyond the next day. Hell, most don't even know to what city they're going next.
This is all my opinion, of course. While i've been out there watching again i've generally not been interested in a pick-up.

Went through late after 2 am on Saturday on my way home. Counted 30 SWs out from Everspring to 145th, the largest concentrations between 100-103rd, smattering at 107th and scattered in the usual spots from Lowe's to 137th. The entire scene out there seemed mellow, not a lot of guys out there doing the rounds from what I could tell. If this is who I think it is then this photo is probably about two years old. I've never dated this blonde but I've talked to her a few times, highly-restrictive on menu as most of us would expect. A few years ago both the city council and the city attorney's office decided that johns, or so-called "sex buyers" are the cause of problems out on Aurora. Target the buyers and demand will decline and everything else along with it will go away. In 2023 they arrested and charged about 35 alleged buyers. And as summer approaches this year we have more of this gangster bullshit out there, most likely all connected to the SWs along AA. And more of this shit is coming for this summer, things are just getting warmed-up. The city's plan to target buyers to solve the problem doesn't seem to be working. Not one dent.

Couldn't get the news link to work, but I know that residents have put up cameras in multiple locations in the 100 blocks from about 100th to 107th or so. Living around that area I can tell you that residents are pissed-off about all of this activity and they're also really angry with the City Council and local government agencies. I actually agree with my neighbors that the loitering laws should never have been removed in 2020, that's what has caused a lot of this mess to a large degree. The United States has been so passive-aggressive about dealing with prostitution, there are no half-way answers nor solutions. Either legalize it all the way or go after hardcore if it remains illegal, this namby-pamby bullshit of trying to blame one side of the problem (currently the johns / buyers or "exploiters" as the city likes to call them) [I]is not working[/I].
So watch it on the aforementioned blocks, typically those blocks have been high-interest areas for girls to work. And as a reminder, [I]avoid talking/picking-up any SWs in the Lowe's lot[/I].

Guys. I know nobody posts trip reports where they actually pick up girls in this section anymore. But please do use the right section. This convo belongs in the news & media reports.
I decided to tour the entire AA stroll on Sunday evening around 8 pm. Counted 30 SWs from 145th to 85th with concentrations in the usual places (137th, 108th /107th, Lowes parking lot). There were more standing in the lot of Aurora Donuts than I'm used to seeing, but then I really don't tour the stroll much these days as I have been focusing on having an actual real social life. I did stop for the ATM next to Aurora Donuts and a BSW in white lingerie approached me while I was outside of my vehicle and asked if I wanted a date, I ignored her and she actually followed me back to my vehicle and asked me again. I sternly told her no and left. She wasn't really my thing to begin with, on the thick side which I didn't really care for, but also I've decided that I'm not talking to any SW who is working in any parking lot. Increased chance that I could end-up in sting and according to data SPD have done stings near that lot in the past. With all of the stuff going on around Aurora lately, I'm just not doing it. So be careful in parking lots, especially when SWs are rather aggressive. Anyway, my count matched my prior counts of summers past, so there are still quite a few SWs out there. Most weren't really to my liking, nicely-dressed, sure, but most were too fat or too trashy for me.
I took a slight detour home from work around 6:30 this evening and saw maybe 10+ girls out from Lowes (until SPD scattered them about) down to 95th. A few lookers in my opinion. Couldn't stop but I'm assuming price is higher than we mongers would like.

On 7/9 I was on the 137th corner there were about 10 girls there, I was talkkng to 2 of them a BSW and a WSW about a possibke duo. As I'm talkkng to them this dude rolls up from AA, all the girls except the 2 I'm talkkng to bolt. He stops his car as I'm asking the girls who he was, they both say "don't move, stay right here" and were acting scared. Dude runs up on my car and starts to try to open my door but fortunatly I have automatic locks. He reaches through my window with his other hand and grabs my shirt saying "get out of the car". I punched it and got the hell out of there. Not sure if the girls were associated.
