I don't think cops do "busts" that late at night from what I've seen they do it at mid day so theres plenty of views and no blind spots for cops just incase things get crazy for women LEO. I am in this area frequently for my job. I have not seen any real SWs around here in many years. I have, however, seen a number of Operation Angel stings, in particular at Kingsbury and North with the squad car hiding 100 feet north of the girls on the corner in a loading bay.
