I'm sure by now most of you have seen the above article. However, I've got a couple questions as to what really happened. Or, "The rest of the story"

I'm guessing it went more like: She was walking on Sullivant near Wayne looking for a date (She says she was going for cigarettes. At 3AM. Any stores around there open at 3AM?). When a man in a van asked for directions. Meaning a potential John stopped to ask if she wanted to date.

Before she knew it he grabbed her via the side door, pulled her in and raped her. But wait, she says she was raped in the van, while parked in a nearby alley. How did the trick drive to the alley, if he picked her up on Sullivant,. Pulled her in by the hair, with her kicking and screaming. She says he punched her. But, she made no attempt to get outa the van while he drove to the nearby alley?

They had sex, he kicked her out, she lay unconscious, (I doubt it) woke up with just her t-shirt on, and called police. (NOTE: I've dated a lot of women who never take off their top. The flip it over their head, but don't take it off.) (Tina takes it all off, but. Miranda and Jess flip it over their head)

Meaning, they negotiated a deal for sex, parked in the alley, she took off all her clothes except her shirt. They had sex and he refused to pay her more than what they originally negotiated. He kicked her ass out and she got pissed. Went to the nearest crack house and found someone who had a cell phone with minutes and called 911 (yea, I know, ya don't need minutes to call 911,)

He was arrested at 4:40. A mere 90 minutes after he first stopped. They found evidence of a rape in the van, meaning her pants. Meaning, they did the 25 minute date, she later called the cops and gave a full description of the trick and the van. Meaning, she's probably dated him before and knew who he was. As, he lived just 5 blocks away.

She was in court with her husband (read PIMP) and two friends, meaning a couple other hookers. She wants her name out there to tell all the other tricks (US [ moreso You, as I don't go on that side]) that if you don't pay up, she'll do the same to you. There was no reference made to her prior arrests for prostitution, drug possession, etc.

Harvey is now in the Franklin County Jail on one million dollars bond for the most recent allegation, and Thursday he agreed to sit down with NBC 4 for a one on one interview. When asked if he committed any of the crimes alleged against him, he said, "No. "

Harvey claims he's only encountered one of his accusers. He says he was driving on Sullivant Avenue in June when a woman motioned toward him. He pulled over to purchase a sex act. He says when he couldn't perform; an argument ensued over the cost. "She told me her price was $40. I said I'll give you $10 and that's all I'm giving you, " Harvey said.

He says he eventually pushed her out of his van. "She had words with other females, other prostitutes, told them to say the same thing, " he said. He calls it a conspiracy of sorts and says evidence in court will clear him of the nearly two dozen felony charges. "I'm counting on the doctors reports, I'm counting on the rape kits, I'm counting on the DNA kits, all that stuff, " Harvey said.

It should be noted, NBC 4 checked and the woman Harvey says he had a sexual encounter with does have a criminal background including charges of soliciting. However, prosecutors feel they have enough evidence to charge him with ten counts of rape.

Kongzilla never posted in Baltimore. Someone else did a fake report there 6 months ago and used the same bogus pics. Baltimore hobbiests recognized the bogus pics when they showed up in the photogallery again, and alerted Columbus that whoever posted them was a fraud.

If just an update, thanx, I never saw it.

And, if the dude is right, and wants the DNA to prove him innocent, and he is found innocent, then it's fair warning to Us to be careful.

If he's guilty, then he deserves what he gets.

But, he's being charged with 24 counts, but they only have evidence for 10.

There were about 10 to 12 out but many more mongers. So, when a SW appeared 3 or 4 mongers converged and she either got spooked or I circled too wide and she got scooped by a guy who rolled right in. Besides only 2 really caught my eye and I missed them both. I guess my heart or hardon was not in it.

Also there were lots of LE along hilltop but few in the bottoms. This hampered my mongering too, but in most cases they seemed occupied. Near the end of my rolling 4 or 5 SW's were out on Sully bottoms. It seems to me the midnight to 2:30am period is thin for SW's. But the action picks up after that. But by then I'm way past bedtime.

Ladies were out there, but most were ugly, and the good looking ones were scooped by mongers who did not care about making discreet pickups.
