The "report" was completely un-newsworthy, and was apparently posted with the sole intention of embarrassing and humiliating this individual.

I want to say this carefully so no one gets the wrong idea here, but if you think about it, posting the names of people who have been arrested is [u]somewhat heartless[/u] and really just helping the police in their efforts to embarrass these people.

Since this website is all about assisting people in obtaining commercial sex services, we don't want to add to the problems of the unfortunate people who have been arrested by publishing their names and/or photographs.

Instead it is replete with numerous charges for abundant amounts of drugs that tend not to be "recreational" and more of a dangerous nature to all those around them. If that is not pertinent to the activities in which this site is about what else could be. If the charge was for shoplifting or domestic violence, I would wholeheartedly agree. Not once have I published her name, only an "acting" pseudonym. She is a known minor celebrity in this area and a rather overt individual. All the information I posted can be easily found on the internet and actually quite a bit more can be found that is not pertinent to this forum.

Prostitution of the "closed" door variety, to which is what most of this site is dedicated, is "tolerated" by the criminal justice system because it remains hidden from the view of most people and tends to a victimless crime. When individuals such as the one mentioned are repeatedly arrested for offenses of such a nature it puts all who come in contact with them in jeopardy.

And no it is not a civic duty but a membership duty as part of this forum to pass along pertinent info regarding providers whether it be that that they are who they say they are, appearance, demeanor, service, cost and probably the most decidedly important health. Being a libertarian I don't care what other people do. But when the person in question has engaged in drug usage of a rather dangerous type and brings unwanted attention on everyone else it is a matter for the forum not for a PM. This entire board works only by spreading information not withholding it.

I agree, EXCEPT if it is those charges are related to something that could be transmitted to me or others.

The posting on the streetwalker page this morning is a perfect example of a valuable (and potentially lifesaving) report. And no, that issue is not isolated to streetwalkers.

As for charges for beating your dog, etc., I don't (and shouldn't) care, one way or the other.
