What to do in down town SD Trolley to border (assuming you don't have a car), walk across, taxi to Zona Norte, and, all you need, right there.

Until you have experienced an unprovoked shakedown by the Mexican police. I encountered that fate walking across the ped bridge a few years back. They pulled me aside for no reason other then I was an American and they basically said cash or jail. These guys were pro's. They removed the cash out of my pocket and I was able to cross back. But it was a serious shakedown that could have ended badly. My advise if you do cross. Keep $40 as bribe cash just in case they target you!

I've been dozens of times. Never one problem. I havent heard of problems lately, unless you get drunk and stupid or stray for the main drag.

I saw the sign that said it was the last exit and couldn't safely get over. Long story short, I got stopped 3 time trying to cross back and get directions and it costed me about $120 total. I even had to go to the ATM at one point, they showed it to me. But since 2013 I've driven across about 4 times and had no issues. I was even in the heart of the zona once and I was fine. What Tijuana was before isn't today. Just my 2 cents.

I was a frequent Zona tourist (like once a month average) between 1996 and 2008. Walked all over ZN and between ZN and the sleeze bars near 7th and Revo. Never once hassled. I did, however, take taxi to and from ZN at night. Never on the pedestrian bridge after dark.
I am visiting SD soon for business and would like to have some fun there.
Any recommendation on a reliable fun young blonde (not BBW) who provide good service there.

Based on posts I've read on the various Tijuana mongor boards in the past, the period between Thanksgiving and Christmas is the worst for the mordita seeking cops.
Hey going to be in town this weekend, finally got a holiday off work. I need some good solid suggestions, I prefer nice asian girls but anything that looks 7+ will do.
