My guess if there was going to be anything, it would be off of 52nd Street before 39th Ave or perhaps parts of Sheridan road around 60th Street, parts of 60th. Perhaps by the train station. But again, I haven't had much luck. Kenosha is a little unique in that the "ghettos" where you'd normally find this stuff aren't on major streets, which can limit their exposure to client base and makes it more unsafe for the SW to be walking around the rougher areas in Kenowhere.

You'd have more luck in nearby Racine. Memorial Drive and Douglas Ave are common locations to look.
