I also drove by the one next to Olive Garden on Reynolds and the open sign was lit. I've never been there but I believe connected to a couple others in town? The status of some may be day to day, I'm not sure.

I drove by YG today and it appeared to be closed. The location next-door in the building is a vape shop. There was a sign in front about space for rent so it would appear that YG has gone.

I didn't visit ChangMi / Sky but a couple times a year but it was definitely my favorite place in toledo until that revelation. I have wondered if it was a HIPAA violation or possibly just a scare tactic to try to make it less profitable.

"Working" HIV positive is an additional charge and none of them were charged. I've seen it in the booking summary in the past. One an STG poster that is still around. The other was a east side street walker that froze to death in a alley. Her sister was / is an STG poster that can't keep her tongue in her mouth. Both pretty good looking too.

If you are charged with soliciting as a provider, you are required to get a test. If you are positive you are not charged with anything, but if caught again, you get that much more serious charge vs a soliciting charge. Basically, the law says, in its most basic form, if you solicit while knowingly having HIV you get slapped with that felony charge. I suppose if they knew through other means, and the law could prove that, then you could get the felony charge the first time you are caught soliciting.
