Going home from watching the game in Cleveland tonight. After dropping off my buddy, I cruised Arlington and saw one BSW at the drive thru and one WSW at the phone about 5'4 blonde 130-135lbs. Neither looked good. The traffic behind me kept me moving down to the circle K where I stopped and got gas. There was a black officer there in a marked vehicle without sirens parked there. AND a SW about 20 feet from him. Decoy? Anyways I went back in the other direction and stopped at the other circle K on Arlington and saw a uniformed officer in an unmarked car there as well. I put in a few dollars of gas and just went home.

I think this time of year you will see a stronger LEO presence in the area. Good observation. I have also heard the the APD uses taxi cars for patrol as well.
There is certianly a lot more activity out there as stated. On Johnston you will always find a little black SW who seems to be there 24/7. Also, a pretty rough looking white SW who looks decent from a distance but is missing all but about three teeth. She changes her hair alot.
The has also been a TV who is black, thin, about 6' tall and always wears its(?) hair down across its face on Johnston and Arlington. Again, wrong cup of tea.
Further west toward Inman st. there has been a brunette in tight shorts that looks clean and worthy of a shot.
On South St. and back in the hood there is the usual rough looking bunch with the exception of one tall, thin white girl with short brown hair. I can never get close enough for a great look since her pimp is always too close for my taste. She has nice legs but reminds of that tall, gauky girl in high school you were afraid to take out.
Picked up a blonde,tall, lots of red lipstick who hangs on Arlington and Exchange. About a 5 on the looks scale, but performance wise she was a 2. Wanted to jack more than suck and wouldn't catch.

Well, It's just my luck continuing I guess. I went out to BW3's on Exchange last Friday and had a couple with some friends. On the way home I decided to check out the Arlington area (about 5:30). Lea lea lea had her yesterday and today she has no number but she is very nice looking darker skin like mexican. Long brown hair and 18Years old. Found her up by the bridge were brown and johnson meet. 60fs she is a nice little treat.

OK. Maybe I am getting to paranoid for this. Wednesday morning I see this hot little number walking out of a side street coming out on to Johnston. Hot latina looking with curly black hair (Lea?) in a dress and heels, She was waving at a guy in an Avalanche who didn't stop (why? I wondered since she was good looking).
I was turning out on to Johnston from the other side and had passed what might have beens a SW with short reddish brown hair and a jeans jacket. I was waiting for the latina to cross over to my car (she was looking) but she kept walking toward Arlington. I turned left on to Johnston and caught the latina and the red head conversing across the street but heading in opposite directions.
I drove around a while (looking for Candice from previous post) and my serpentine path led me by the latina about three times. Twice I pulled across the street into a side steeet, and see saw me, but she just kept strolling south on Arlington.
OK so off I go. While all of this is going on I saw about three cruisers and Mr. Explorer twice so I was altering my path. I shot over to South looking for Candice again and gave up heading east on Johnston. Nearing Arlington I saw three SW's walking together. The redhead, a tall blonde in a flowered dress and heels and a cute clean blonde coed type. Very strange. Two SW's in flowered dressed in one day? Three walking together giving the look? All walking against traffic?
Something smells funny. I like to use the 3 rule. If I see them on the street 3 different times it is a pretty safe bet the are not LE. Iknow I know - I cheated with Candice.

It's always a mistake to take a SW to her supplier. One never knows what sort of gang member will turn up.
My good friend seems to think that something is coming to a head (rimshot) here soon in the Akron area, based on recent observations. He thinks sooner than later one of two very bad things is going to happen to a fellow gentleman, the lesser of the two being getting set up and busted. He says he could be wrong, but to him it seems like there are less random 'freelance', strung-out-looking types and more enticing 'ladies in need' out there. (The former type maybe even being run off?) He even went against sound thinking and offered a ride to one of the latter a short time ago, but that's for another post (as he just gave me sketchy details, although it apparently went well overall).
His theory is that one or more 'influential' types have organized these women, and that the superior quality might be drawing more attention to certain areas, which in turn means that a sting could be coming. Hard to say. But he's also seen an upturn of women walking in pairs, women who may not need assistance on any level, but he's not so sure. One example that caught his eye was witnessing two girls (both white) from a distance walking towards a gas station but stopping in a neighboring parking lot to talk for more than just a couple seconds to someone in an SUV-type vehicle, which had just pulled in, engine still running. They could've been going to just get cigs, but some sort of arrangement was being made, he sensed. He didn't hang around long enough to see if one or both got in, but he got the impression that they were talking to a 'supervisor' type or at least an employer for the evening.
"The scene just seems different this year," my good friend said. He seemed more than a little nervous about it.
P.S. When they start wearing wigs and miniskirts and try playing into the 'fresh coed' fetish look, red flags go off in his head, too. It's just too obvious, too 'cliche', especially in a town where jeans and sweatshirts and frizzy hair have been the 'norm' for so long.
