For SA I only activate it a month at a time and just mass message looking for legit ones. SB you can be a bit more casual and picky, but I do feel like I run into a more bots on SB. Even if you find a real on on either site something just getting them to actually meet up can be frustrating as hell. I'd stick to SB if I were you unless you go on SA and see a bunch of profiles you're interested in trying.

You can use a spam acct e-mail, and see the difference in profiles available for you to see. You can also use it to tell which accounts are bots because if you leave your profile completely blank you'll still get messages. I assume those accounts are just bots.
