Where would I be able to get a std testing that is confidential with the results?
Actually I recommend you go to a community health center like Kalihi Palama, Kokua Kalihi valley or Waikiki health center. All of their services are discrete and confidential. I poked my head into the DH Clinic once and I kept on going. Let's just say the people in the waiting room aren't the kind of people you would normally hang win (trying not to get moderated here by writing something unkind).
Facilities like Waikiki HC are clean, normal medical centers, with trained health professionals that are accustomed to doing things like STD testing. Plus if you test positive for something nasty, DH clinic will refer you to one of these health centers for treatment. This way you eliminate the middle man and save time. Call, make an appointment, and your in and out quickly (cost is minimal because these clinics are federally funded).
DH clinic you takd a number and wait.
I'm nervous I got HPV (or something worse) from lingering. Anyone ever catch anything? I've gone to DHC for testing and am waiting for results back. Super nerve wracking. Always worn a cover when doing the deed, but BBBJ is a standard practice and I think that's how it might have happened.

And you CAN get it from oral or vaginal contact.
So if you start to have symptoms from Jr. When peeing. Go see your doctor, antibiotics will cure most bacterial STDs, but not HIV.
HPV causes genital warts in both men and women; and cervical cancer in women. It is a virus, so no, it cannot be treated by antibiotics. The only way to minimize the risk of acquiring it is to complete the Gardasil vaccination series. They've increased the age limit for eligibility of the vaccine.

You can get HPV through, vaginal, oral, or anal sex. I don't think you can test for HPV unless you have an outbreak. The doctor has to take a sample of the growth and have it confirmed by a lab.
Stay safe fellas. Lots a shit out there that we should protect ourselves from.

I don't know the protocol of informing fellow brethren but I would like to know.
Thank you all for the replies. DHC said they're very familiar with the massage parlors and often see patients from there. I don't know what protocol on this site is either but I'm freaking out (even though DHC said not to). I'll know for sure when test results come back.
Worth noting that DHC cannot rest for HPV or herpes. And I guess they only test for hiv in predominantly gay men.

You can talk about prevention or personal experience, but going beyond that is a good way to get permanently moderated or banned. This discussion belongs in the safe mongering thread.
Having sex with prosututes is considered risky behavior. I saw a Dept. Of health behavioral health sex survey once. Sex history of using prostitutes was question 3 or 4.
I don't think I can quit the hobby, but I can be smarter about it. Stay safe fellas.

That was true before. But now the FDA has just approved the HPV vaccine for adults ages 27 to 45, after years of only approving it for teenagers and young adults up to 26. It's a 3-shot series.

Just watched youtube video of fake white pills (generic) being confiscated in California. Viagra. Ingredients: drywall filler LOL Don't be that cheap now.
So for the last couple months I've been supplementing with Korean Gensing that one of the mama's from an AMP gave to me as a gift. Feeling loved. It has helped me push through long hours at work in the lab and field. It helps me with clarity and focus but the best part is it's helps me in the gym and bedroom. I've read several studies that show that Korean Ginseng can increase nitric oxide and increases blood flow and circulation. The AMP mama brought this back from Korea for her girls and gave me a case of Red Ginseng too. The stuff is awesome.
What academic articles are you coming to support your claims about Korean Ginseng? Sounds more like a placebo effect if you ask me.
