Was turned off by them positioning themselves as "premium" without backing it up. Back then at least they were charging 20 more an hour for the base rate than the other local options. Just wasn't worth it.
Just had the same experience with same provider. Mine was in the evening and I was definitely impressed, and even got a unexpected salad tossing. I tipped a little extra afterwards, not to mess up your guys here, it was more so based on my experiences and the 4 different failure to launches that I had during the day from flaky civilians and 1 working girl.
