There are the buttholes on the extreme lefthand side. A lot of average folks in the middle and a few really nice guys on the right. Fortunenately for us, the members who are buttholes are few in number. A negatively skewed (skewed left) distribution is what is really needed. In that scenario, the buttholes would be almost nonexsistant and the average guy / nice guy would be pretty much the norm.
