HIPPA came out in 1996, stronger privacy and lawsuit threats to health care industry
I got something from a SW about 25-30 years ago. Got tested and the doc said it has to be reported to the health Dept so he could get the penicillin. Well then they notify your partner or partners.
Since HIPPA came out in 1996 (https://www.hhs.gov/hipaa/for-professionals/privacy/laws-regulations/index.html), things have changed. The health care industry is afraid of lawsuits and violence. Some crazy Albanian in the mid 1980's shot up a clinic here in metro Detroit when he was diagnosed with an STD and the health care facility left a voice mail on his home phone, so his wife found out, he flipped and got took his frustration out wrongly. The health care industry is trying to eradicate the problem and wants you to notify your partners to get tested.
How would they know who your partners are if you don't tell them?
You could get a knock off I'd from Bobs in Detroit if he is still around and another burner phone o see another health care provider if you do not go to the free county clinic. You could even pretend to be an illegal immigrant and pay cash at an inner city clinic.
One guy told me he caught an STD from a public urinal when his tip actually touched the porcelain by mistake. Very rare but it can happen.
Or you went to the club / bar and had a one night stand, no health care provider would risk a lawsuit for destroying a marriage or relationship.
Bottom line it's your life, go get tested, you are not the 1st person this has happened to.
Any interest in some group activities?
I know we had what seemed like a scammer here trying to act like they were getting a group thing going. I just wanted to toss out there that I'm interested in a small group if we find someone willing. Thoughts?
More complicated than HIPAA
I know this isn't true because of my job. They report the std to the health department for statistics and std database but they are supposed to keep your personal info like name anonymous. Your past std history will show up in your medical records. The only std that I can think of where you name would be reported to the health dept is HIV. I caught something from a provider before. Luckily it was something treatable by a shot of antibiotics and oral antibiotics. As far as I know my wife never knew nothing, not that it mattered anyway because her legs closed many years ago. For anyone to out you would be going against HIPPA except in the case of HIV.
If you go to your family doctor, make sure you haven't signed a release years ago. This might cover online records, voice mail messages and other medical offices.
I prefer stdcheck.com for many reasons.

Tried, but never saw her. She has changed names quite a few times. Pretty expensive too.
I appreciate all the responses on here and via PM's regarding this lady. I remember her mostly as Nadia Sinclair, but all the names in the above title and I think a couple more are the same lady. Usually ladies change their name due to bad reviews, ripping people off, or some other deceitful reason. I'm not aware that Nadia has ever made those name changes for any of those reasons, but to reinvent herself as her persona has evolved. The previous visits that I had with her were all very exciting! She was not only VERY attractive to me but always prepared, fresh, dressed to kill, beautiful makeup and entertaining. I am in the process of trying to arrange another visit with her when I am in Detroit in the near future, she has alway been a little expensive although I felt a good bang for the buck so to speak. I think I am going to splurge to see her again. Thanks again for all of your responses. If I can ever return the favor by providing info on any of the ladies in Cincinnati that I have met let me know. Stay safe, BL.
