I wanted your thoughts on if you normally tip an independent provider when there's no "house" fee involved and the price seems to be higher than the average spa. For example, I'm looking at a FBSM B2 B massage today and the stated rate is $1. 5. My assumption is that this price is all-in. What do you all think?

If an indie masseuse was charging $60 for a massage and then offered a HJ, I'd tip $20 - $30 max. They aren't a storefront business; thus, no overhead.
