My understanding of the little blue pill is it is more of a vaso-dialator which helps blood flow down below. I don't think it is a blood thinner a-la aspirin and whatnot that might give you issues in a tattoo scenario (no personal experience). Aspirin and others act as blood thinners that my cause issues.

If I had the cajones to get a tattoo though, I wouldn't hesitate to pop a blue pill for some afterwards fun.

Most here would agree on that number all over town. When she loses her clothes you got to pony up another $20 to $40.
