Quest is in the business of making money, so they charge more if you go direct to them. But since they like to make money, they partner with smaller groups at a discount who use their services, because no everyone goes to them direct and looks to save. Some countries have it all over the USA. A few years ago a buddy of mine had some fun in PI. His next stop was in Tokyo. He went to a clinic that exclusively tested and treated STDs. The doctor was farang (sorry about mixing cultures but you get the drift). The price was reasonable and the visit was anonymous.
