I see these ads all the time and they all look very similar. Different pics and numbers but the height / weight are the same. The rates are the same. All ads are posted together. Pretty sure it's the same scammer on all three.

If you reverse search the one with the girl that has her tongue sticking out it will show that its attached to an instagram account for some chick that posted that picture few months back.
