My best guess as to what's going on is that it's a part of an ever changing strategy for dealing with LE. In this case, maybe they figured if they didn't pay each car that passed them by so much attention, that maybe it would help to throw off the heat from LE. Presumably, one of the things LE would be looking for in spotting SWs would be people that give the "look", and appear to be willing to hop in a car with a stranger at the slightest inkling. Or it could just be laziness, but the thing I've noticed about SWs in general is that they are very much motivated to make money, and usually the main thing that gets in their way of doing it is LE. So I'm leaning more towards the confuse LE theory than the laziness theory. Doing that might cost them some business, but maybe they figure loosing a few customers might be worth it to catch a break from LE.
Other strategies I've seen some of them use is to pretend they are talking on their phones when they walk, but if you know what they're out there for, it's kinda of silly to think they are fooling anyone with that. Even if LE doesn't know what's going on at first, I'm sure they figure it out eventually.
When I went by the McDonalds on Sugar Creek last, I went inside to go use the bathroom, and when I did, I noticed a decal or sticker posted by the window, next to the side door entrance that read, "For Your Safety & Ours, This Site is Under Random Video Surveillance". I have not seen this before, which makes me wonder if it's something new, and if so, what cameras have they put up now, and what is the "line of sight" for those cameras. They already have the Exxon spy cameras from across the street watching the place as it is.
In the Rozelles Ferry Area, and Woodlawn in particular, I've noticed an uptick in LE presence.
[B]Woodlawn[/B] - For a good while, it seemed like I was getting lucky with the timing of my visits out to Woodlawn as to avoid LE. That changed over the last couple of trips out there. Lately, I've noticed LEOs in the area quite a bit more, and either no SWs out, or in the process of going into hiding or leaving the area because of LE. Most recently, I saw 2 WSWs walking along Woodlawn from where the QT is all the way up to the intersection of Woodlawn and South Blvd. There was one good looking WSW that looked like she was either in her underwear, or wearing bikini bottoms on her way out of the area with a black guy next to her. LE was staring at her in super, super hard way, as in I'm about to arrest you, and I could tell it had her terrified. These LEOs are just a bunch of jerks in my opinion. I wish there was something we could do about it. But anyway, I also checked that area when it was first reported that a LE tower was up in it. It would appear it's gone now though as I did not see it there on my most recent visit. I checked around the Baymont, didn't see anything there.
I did notice what appeared to be a group of four or five undercover LEOs parked at McCoy's Steakhouse to get either lunch or dinner I think. It would appear to me that the restaurants in this area, such as the (Bojangles, McCoy's Steakhouse, Prime, and Tryon House) may be pandering to LE by offering them either free or discounted meals when they show up in their uniforms. As a result, I'd be surprised to find much SW activity anywhere near those restaurants with them seemingly kissing LE's butt so much.
[B]Eddleman St[/B] - Saw 1 BSW out one night. Other times I came through no one was there.
[B]Rozzelles Ferry[/B] - Didn't see anything going on at the Race Way gas station. Drove down Rozzelles Ferry, and saw quite a bit of activity near Honeywood Avenue by the tire shop last night. Looked like about 2 WSWs and 2 BSWS there. One appeared to be about buck naked as all she was wearing was a see-thru fishnet dress. Thought about picking her up, but wanted to continue to checkout the area first, and see what LE was up to if anything. The other WSW I recognized as having picked up on Eddleman before that had some really stupid ideas for make-out spots, and got herself arrested not long after. So past Honeywood Ave, and towards Oregon St, I saw 2 WSWs. One of them looked good. Continued driving around, and noticed two LEOs parked at the Burger King at Hoskins Rd, and Brookshire Blvd talking to themselves about something. My guess is that they were talking amongst themselves about what their plan was for going about the upcoming shift. When I returned to the area about 15 minutes later, all the SWs were gone. One LEO was parked in front of the tire shop with his lights on super bright. Probably because everyone went into hiding when they started patrolling. The other LEO was seen driving around the Race Way gas station even though no one was over there at that time.
[B]Sugar Creek[/B] - Saw what I thought were about 10 or so light brown skinned BSWs at the McDonalds and Shell Station. Why do most of them keep hanging out in direct view of the cameras, near that intersection, is beyond me. Anyway, further up on Reagan near the Oasis building were about 4 WSWs. They were okay looking. Nothing to write home about. Two of the WSWs appeared to have a pimp as the guy they were hanging out with appeared to be pretty muscular and wearing a wife beater shirt. The other 2 WSWs I saw out were Amber and her mom, with Amber looking like the best one out of the ones that I saw out. She was out pretending to talk on her phone, acting disinterested, which as I've said before, strikes me as funny because I don't think it really fools anyone to do that.
Last night I left gents club and was heading home on Woodlawn, LEO was thick. I stopped to get gas at QT and was scouting around. Saw a few wsws but no relief from LEO. Alas, a fine WSW exited the QT on perfect time and asked for a ride. Undetected by LEO we drove off of Woodlawn into a safer location. She asked for. 50 and I complied. Nice Scooty lick and some quick doggy. The action was sweet. I was still high from club and didn't get her name. She was 30 ish red hair with a shaved landing strip.
[B]Woodlawn[/B] - Saw a smoking hot blonde WSW with a spinner type body in front of the Quality Inn on Wallingford St. I'd rate her as 9, and as though she could very easily have a job at The Gentleman's Club if she didn't already. Was going to pick her up, but decided to do a LEO check of the area first, and am glad I did. As I checked the area for LEOs, I found them checking out our make-out spots (the places you go after you've picked them up to take care of business). So I decided it'd be for the best to pass on this one even though I really wanted to scoop that little hottie up. Even though I think some hobbyists may think checking the area for LEOs is an unnecessary step, it's saved my butt plenty of times, of which I'd consider this time one of them as LEOs were out everywhere, not in the areas where the SWs walk, but in the surrounding areas where a person might take one.

He wasn't dead, but appeared to be hurt badly. I don't know if was from a knife wound, or a gunshot wound, or what it was about, but LEOs were out all over the place. Saw a few SWs off of Honeywood Ave on Rozzelles Ferry, but decided to pass on it. Too much heat in the area.

Plenty of LEOs out patrolling, watching from certain spots, and stopping to ask people questions. Scooped up a pretty brunette WSW, and took her to a spot for a nice long BBBJ followed by full service. Had a little bit of baby fat in the belly area, and she seemed a bit paranoid of LE, which is understandable considering how LE is out there, but overall, was a good experience. She had a good attitude. After telling her about what I saw on Rozzelles Ferry, she told me they've had some incidents out there too. Told me that there was a gun shoot out recently because of a drug deal gone bad. Apparently, someone tried to sell someone else fake, or counterfeit drugs, and then when the person that got the fake stuff found out about it, they decided to take the law into their own hands, and try shooting the guy for it. Also saw WSW Amber, and her mom out in the area working, and a few BSW trannies. I was told most of the BSWs in this area are trannies, of which I did not know. Also saw a cute little spinner type WSW that I was told goes by JJ. Not sure if it is the same JJ that I think I've read about in past reports on here, but she was cute.

She was in a check shirt. I had same feeling of suspicion when I saw her on Friday evening. I decided to read the area in irregular intervals. I had time and did it for 1 hr on and off. Saw her just once, which was odd. Also a LEO looking man maybe from a private security company was patrolling on road and staring out to any slow moving vehicle in the area.
Went through the McDonalds off Sugar Creek this past Friday afternoon and there was a WSW with red or dark brown hair in a ponytail with a book bag at the exit to the McDonalds. Looked a little thick but had not seen her around before. Has anyone partaked or has any digits?
Probably not worth bragging about, but left GC and did a couple loops around to see the inventory. Ran across one, not the best but not terrible, definite user. We were talking and she obviously wanted ANYTHING. I got curious how low she would go, and eventually got to cigarettes. I offered to buy her a pack for use of that mouth. I thought why not, I have covers. I go to the QT to buy a pack and when I came out, she was getting in a car, oh well. I drove around a little more, tons of LEO but as long as you get back on the main drag it doesn't look suspicious, as I was about to leave, I saw a BSW just sitting there, looking done. I pulled up, started talking, mentioned the smokes and she got in. I wrapped up and she went to work. She stopped trying to get more and I said no thanks. She finished me off anyway and I dropped her at QT. Long story short I got a nice blower for a pack of Newports, and she looked good.
I was approached a few days ago by an absolute smoking petite brunette. Young, tight body, early 20's, ponytail, short shorts. She asked me for a couple bucks while I was at an atm. I was on break from work, so I didn't explore opportunities, but she was even girl next door hot, like as good as mens club hot. If anyone partakes, please share.
There's one of the towers at Nations Ford and Arrowood. Haven't seen any SW's in the area but just wanted to get the word out.
I was scouting out the WL area and witnessed some crazy shenanigans. I saw woman (short-ish brown hair, with an above average body), at the intersection of E Exmore and the street that runs adjacent to the IHOP, run and jump on a car (the windshield) after stopping the vehicle. The driver was saying something and, then after she banged on the windshield, sped off. She went over the top of the car and was visibly shaken / in some pain. It was absolutely insane. I saw her with a blonde (possible SW, wearing what looked like a bathing suit top, but I've never seen her before) a few minutes earlier, and actually how I found myself back in that location, but she was nowhere to be found.
