Several months ago, I ran a "seeking" ad on CL and this one answered going by the name above 'lauryn paige'. She sent the attached pic, which I thought was promising, so agreed to rendezvous for a car date. The pic did not get along so well with reality; but the service was reasonable and reliable over a few visits, so when she asked for an advance, I supplied a small one. And now, of course, she is nowhere to be found. She is still active, so be on the lookout.

You have a consistent client and rather than a continuing arrangement and a continuing flow of money in, these girls would rather dash on you with one chunk of change. I've had it happen and heard several stories of it happening. Most recently last night to a friend of mine. Someone he seen several times and I have myself. She wanted to stay under the radar rather than post to Backpage. She then didn't follow through and knowing I'm his friend bloced my number as well. Now she is posting on Backpage again after not posting for sometime. She had a sure couple of clients and would rather risk meeting new guys. Just makes no sense. I guess 3 birds in the Bush are better than one in the basket. LOL.

She is the number one reason why I joined the board here two years ago. She answered an ad I had on Craigslist and we had seen each other quite a few times. The last time she made a visit she did the cash and dash on me. I suppose we're all here for a reason and it looks like you stumbled upon why I am here. It's funny even to this day she still sends me an email every so often wanting to get together but I told her no way that would happen unless it was for free. So needless to say I have not seen her in quite some time. She also went by the name Jamie as well.
I did a search for joann today, did not see much, other than YMMV. Going to see her later today, will post my findings.

Don't need a L&L! She has asked me for a loan, advance, help etc. But I have not replied.

She's not a trained lmt, but "nice" enough. Therapeutic wise don't expect a Cynthia type session but opinions always vary. On happy. I pressed and got it started before asking her to forget it, don't think you'll find the skills you seek. My 2 cents.

I point out to her the holes in her story, I'm sure you all know the kind of thing I'm talking about; and the fact that you guys came out of the woodwork when I posted my story.
It's all moot at this point anyway; but I have to say, I am more bothered by the insult to my intelligence than I am about the loss of the money. I told her she was a bad risk, and if she wanted to return my money, I wouldn't complain; but that was the starting point for making things right.
