Although it was "only" a urinary tract infection, I've known of women who wound up in the hospital for the same thing or were rushed to the ER because they neglected it and the infection spread.

I drink the non sugar kind daily glass as regiment along with daily dose of Garlic and Radish oils. Trying to stay with natural and multivitamins along with rest and exercise can possibly help. Of course practicing safe habits will help as well. Asides from rubber for the boto not sure if there are tongue sleeves to aid in protection. LOL. Just keep safe and vigilant in your health.

I've been taking two 450mg cranberry capsules daily for almost one year now, and it has kept my tract clean and pain-free.
