I've poked at this a bit with some of the MTs but I'm not convinced I've gotten a good answer. I assume that the shop, FS or HJ, keeps the entire fee for the time. The question is do the girls have to share a fixed amount from their tips with the shop? A percentage wouldn't work as tips vary. And does it differ between FS and HJ shops? Just curious if anyone on the board has insight.

With most FS spas the "therapist" works for tips only and the spa owner keeps all of the house fee.
