Never know when some provider, especially a new and relatively unknown provider, might have a gambling problem or drug problem, so better safe than sorry.

Good thing I neva give $ upfront. It was an old AMP in the building next to Samsung plaza that they tore down recently. Sorry don't remember the name. This was like 10+ years ago.
