I am at a lost for words, but some of you fellows PMed me that this happens when you have gotten involved in doing type of thing for some lady. I think NR tried to revamp in an attempt to walk a legal tightrope.
Offshore-hosted sites (such as this one) may operate differently as they work under other jurisdictions. It's similar to the offshore betting sites that seem to prosper with impunity.

I guess it's some sort of phased transition.
If I had my druthers a single login would access both sites, and there would be a big well-marked button or banner to pop up the ad site in a new window or tab.
It appears that the new site expires ads fairly quickly, so it might be tougher to research a provider's past activity and locations.

When they re-formatted I asked them to remove my account but to please notify me when they realized.
