Thirteen women ranging in age from 18 to 54 were arrested Tuesday night on charges of prostitution following a Jacksonville Sheriff's Office vice sting on the city's Westside, Eastside, Northwest and Southside.

Undercover vice officers fanned out along Philips Highway, Barnett Street, Lenox Avenue, North Main Street and elsewhere between 6 to 10 p. M, posing as customers looking for sex, according to the arrest reports. The woman approached the undercover officer and agreed to perform oral sex or intercourse for $20 after conversation, according to the reports. The women were arrested at the scenes, police said.

Seven of the women have been arrested before for prostitution, one 10 times, according to her arrest report. And one woman had tested positive for a sexually transmitted disease, according to her report.

A dozen of the 13 remained in the Duval County jail Thursday on bail ranging from $5, 000 to $50, 000, according to jail records.

Not much action on the SW board of late. Don't recognize many of the posters anymore. Guess the old timers (including me) are not mongering as much as we used to.

Got a little bored last night decide to go see what was out. I worked my way from the NS I notice heavy leo presence so I decide to check out Mcduff.
