Bored lately, I tried the Late Night on Tallmadge twice in the last month.
The owner is a complete prick.
First time, I had a dancer who worked at Jen's dance for me. She was young and hot, and we were having a good time until the aforementioned dickhead owner, Roy, decided to stare at us from a few feet away.
"What's that asshole's problem?" Said I.
"Oh, if we don't bribe him, he does that to us while we dance. He doesn't do that to the girls that tip him extra. "
"You really should find a new bar to dance at. You'll never make money this way" was my response, so off I went.
Next time, a new twist on some more bullshit behavior.
I was literally the only guy in the place, so one dancer practically ran to me. I got a dance, and old dickhead comes by again. I buy the dancer a drink, he then insists that I need to buy a drink, too.
"I just did", says I. "I just bought a 7 dollar shot. "
"That doesn't count!" "You must buy a drink!"
Keep in mind I was there for 5 minutes, bought a dance and a 7 dollar shot, and this asshole still wasn't happy.
I refused, and he walked away pouting.
The dancer then proceeded to warn me that I need to buy more drinks; she legitimately sounded scared, like the owner was going to punish her unless I bought umpteen drinks. She then hit me up to buy songs for the jukebox. I sensed this was going to be a never-ending drain on my wallet, I got up and left.
That place feels exactly like one of those high-pressure bars on Brookpark Road. I've encountered this horseshit on the East Coast, too. If the girls don't sell "X" amounts of drinks, it comes out of their pocketbook, so they are constantly looking to sell drinks to keep out of the doghouse.
This is the ONLY bar in Akron that engages in that kinds of nonsense. Fuck that place. I'm never going back, I don't care how horny or bored I get. I've sworn off certain bars before and went back, but this time I won't.
The girls have a legitimate fear of the owner. It's creepy and just wrong.
Had a good dream with a girl named Melaina at Lusty's. About 5'7, 150, brunette hair, be cup. Very pleasant dance, have had several VIP sessions. CBJ for 60 plus songs. Surprising what you can still do with that half ass curtain. Had FS last week, 100. Can't beat it, nice girl.

Glory Daze is now open again. Same owner as Lusty's (stan) and a little better line up of girls.

OGD is open, but no VIP yet. Same dancers from Lusty's, so I have to wonder why they are even bothering with another club. Maybe Lusty's will be phased out, the building is falling apart and the place is a mess.

Driving by the place at 10:30 I saw a full parking lot. Stopped in and got a beer but opted not to stay long because the ladies were all busy or just chilling with the large crowd of customers. They appear to be reaping the rewards of Jen's going out of business.
