There's actually no AMP "ON 25th street at 82 ave".
There's New Oriental at 26th and 82 ave, around the back in suite 31. No body has ever reported on this AMP to the best of my knowledge, I know it's there because I use to deliver copier paper to the Quest Diagnostics there.
There's New Asian Massage on the east side of 82 ave at 3221. I have not been there since early 2020, but it was FS.
And there's Doral Oriental massage right next to the SB ramp to the palmetto on 25th street in the plaza behind the Starbucks. , I've had several naughty adventures in here.
Also just up 79th ave there's an AMP in the plaza at 36 street, the SW corner, behind the Shell station. I've never visited them nor seen any reports but it could be a well kept secrete.
And finally, there's the best spa, Asian Fo, on the east side of 79 ave at 5215.
Next to a Chinese Restaurant. (I don't know why but the best FS spas are often found next to either a Chinese Restaurant or a Pawn shop).
They are shown as being "parentally closed" on Google, But I drove by there just last week, saw one of the girls taking out the trash. They are open and while I have not been here since last year, I use to go see Candy when she was there, awesome service I got, it's definitely an FS spa.
There are also random LMP's that pop up around this area too, you got to catch their ads on Sumo Search and go to an office building or warehouse complex. For sure FS, but it's mostly Colombian and Venezuelan women that can barely communicate in English.

I've used 888 for outcall. Its a lot more expensive and it was the same menus they offer inhouse not sure why they would be more open out versus in as they are alone with you and theres no mama supervising.

Stopped in at Serenity Spa on Biscayne right near 127 x. Closed, saw an advert that am but no one there, no one answered the bell. Drove just down the block south to Asian Flower and they were open. $45.00 for a half hour with a hand shake ending. On my last visit I saw Jacinda the big booty Jamaican girl. Paid the house which was 75 roses and started off.

I've had lots of time with these pretty. Petite types. They're a favorite of mine. They are scared off by big, unsightly men.
I'm not going to get into the details or how much money here, these frail type of Chinese girls don't have a price threshold, they have different standards than the average seasoned AMP lady.
If you're fit and basically good looking man that can speak calmly and be persuasive, know how to negotiate. Then the price is very reasonable.
But if you're the big fat, hairy, unappealing looking type that is focused on how little you can pay, then the price will be higher and the service reduced, if she can't get you to take a lesser grade girl there.
These petite Asian spinners can be difficult to deal with but very fun if you know how to approach them.

Went to one of the few AMPs in Dade county that I had not visited yet. On 2nd floor of the Amscot mall on Flagler and 84th Ave. I took the 40 hhr with Jessica. She's young, slim but not skinny and had on a nice short dress. Massage was average. Flip at the 15 minute mark. She motions with the hand, asks how much. She wanted a Benjamin to disrobe. I was dying to see what looked like a great ass so we settled for 80. A little pricey, I know, but holy shit when that dress came off she had the nicest ass I've ever seen on an AMP girl. Perfect shape and consistency. Her technique was weak but I just had her bend over and face away from me while I finished. It was a beautiful site. It didn't feel like FS was available, she wouldn't let me take my mask off and was going bonkers with the alcohol spray. She was pretty cute but otherwise a mediocre experience.
