I always get a response and it cuts to the chase of them having to guess what I want and me knowing if they are out of my price range. Then if the response is reasonable, I'll ask if they're available during my window of opportunity. And that's usually it. Besides directions. I never ask for details of the transaction, as that is what would get you arrested. I don't mind everything covered or need GFE. Although on a few occasions, I've asked if she's had any kids.
