I was looking to visit one of these massage parlors for the first time soon. Specifically, I was looking at Spring Spa because I've heard some good things about them. Is there anything a complete newcomer should know before going to one of these places? Is there a procedure to follow for actually getting more than just a massage?

Long time since I posted. Here's a few theoretical visits to AMP's recently by a friend of mine and what he told me.
First off, all were the same essentially and all were good to great experiences. 0. 8/ hr up front, and allegedly left 1. 2 tip on table before anything started. No discussions were needed beyond that. Table shower first, cleaning all areas thoroughly and generating some smiles. All 3 had extracurricular covered no exceptions. If either has a table shower, I'd give it a try. I also see a place called East Spa, but a search didn't turn up anything. Sun seems like the place to go if I don't want a good massage.
I'll happily TOFTT if someone knows another place in the area. Otherwise, anything that would make one of these places a better choice?
Finally took the plunge after reading some reviews I thought Stone sounded like a good fit for me. I drew Jennifer for my Asian massage therapist. She is short and cute not too fat and not too skinny. I opted for an hr appt at 80 after I seen Jennifer plus I'm slow and need to build up the anticipation. First on the list table shower which was nice she cleans ever nook and cranny you have for 10 min or so. Next was the sauna, by myself which sucked for 5-10 min. Next the table massage the lights where dimmed and then came out the baby oil. I will say Jennifer gives a really nice massage. I couldn't keep my hands to myself and she was alright with it. After the flip she hinted for extra but no firm price I laid $60 down hopeing for a BBBJ but I got a tuggy (HE) and I finally convinced her to let me taste her goods (DATY) which was nice. I did slide a finger in, which she may do kagels because she was tight. After I was done I asked her about FS which she said was $120 plus house fees.
