I must admit that I do miss the olden days, back when this forum was really jumping. Back when I first joined the forum, sharing was the norm and not the exception. That is a tough question and not easy to answer. I am able to do what I do because of a combination of things, the lease of which in money. Money will only get you so far.
You have probably seen them, you just did not know it. You probably could not see beyond the streetwalker. The average girl that you see in a mall is looking her best. The movie stars, singers, performers and reality stars that we all routinely see and admire, are at their best. The girl we see, walking the streets for money is rarely at her best.
I have always allowed the girls time to put on make-up, comb their hair and gussy-up. I carry a make-up bag and comb for those that do not have their own and want to use it. In this particular case, Jocelyn had make-up and lipstick, which she allowed Maria use. Most of the girls walk the avenue with the bare minimum. They have their hair up, trying to look like anything other than a hooker (for LE) and at the same time like an easy pickup (for your sake). That is what the average guys see as he drives by. (They don't need make-up to give a BJ, in the front seat, in some alley.) Give them half a chance, especially once they have agreed to be photographed (everyone likes to look their best for pictures), to fix their face a little and you will usually see a marked improvement.
It boils down to this, I am a gentleman. I keep my wits about me. I treat them as women and not purchases.

IMHO, the photos Jocelyn & Marie 79 and the cropped version Jocelyn & Marie 007, along with the photos Jocelyn & Marie 97 and it's cropped version Jocelyn & Marie 017, would be the more objectionable poses. Even though I give them the option, along with a suggestion that they can fake the pose, most girls are intent on showing the full extent of their willingness to please and go for it. Are these poses tasteful (no pun intended)? That is up to the beholder. Are they explicit? Not in my opinion.
Just about all of the models that I photograph are aware that pussies (giners) are their selling point. In all of the time that I have been photographing women, I only had three women not want explicit shots of their pussies (giners) taken. The behind (asshole) shots seems to be even less objectable.
Although the ankles away shot (Jocelyn& Marie 05) take a lot of instructions, once they get the idea, everyone likes it. And! The new overhead shot (Jocelyn & Maries 09) is quickly becoming a favorite.

Almost all the ladies I photograph don't mind it. In fact, a lot of them make the effort to spread their lips out as much as they can. Sometimes I even lend a hand, or fingers! The following are some of my takes on the giner shot. I want them to be looking straight into the camera totally in charge, or else oblivious to the camera in total ecstasy.
