To me, it's a lot different then it was 15 years ago. There used to be more SW's in my opinion, and there weren't any sites like this one to share info with others. That's why I ask.

I usually stick to reputable agencies, or independents, but I like the excitement of strolling for SW's.

More and more the SWs are disappearing and all the traffic is moving online. This is why you see less and less SWs out there, and in OT clearly what we're seeing is the bottom of the barrel, chicks who don't have consistent online access and who can't even keep a phone if their life depended on it cuzz their mission is the relentless pursuit of dope. So your observation is completely accurate.

BTW, I was in the downtown area seeing one of my ATFs when I decide to take a shortcut thru OT, when lo and behold I run into Kim, friendly as always. She came right over to me, but since I was drained I simply slipped her a five and asked her how she was, nodding that I was in a hurry and didn't want a date. So after a night of excess at a party in nmb I decided to venture through OT on the way to the crib. Do a couple passes through the area and the streets are pretty dry. Well hell I guess they should be at 3 am but I'm on the hunt nevertheless. I come up 2nd and notice a chick in all black with a backpack sitting on some stairs in front of a biz on about 22nd. Not sure what the deal is so I circle back to get a closer look. She looks cute but only glances at me and then looks away. I'm thinkin like damn I've seen her before just not sure where. Chef, that pretty much sums it up. I should add that if you get to know the dope boy on the bike (and he can usually keep a phone longer than any hoe), he can be a valuable source of info and tell you at any time where to find-a-hoe. Jump on I-95 and head south, get off on 79th street by the City Inn and head east until you get to US1. Keep an eye on the side streets. When you get to US1 head south, around 14th you can start hitting the side streets to the east.

The Hollywood stroll is another one you can learn more about in the Broward board. Head west to US1 and drive north. After Hallandale Beach Blvd start looking at the side streets. Keep going north, around Young Cir till you get to Stirling Road and make the loop back down to about Pembroke Road, keep an eye out for the obvious walkers on side streets. I break up this stroll into two parts, south of the circle and north of the circle. I drive the entire stroll then check the side streets in the section with the most promise.

Finaly I got a little free time for me to do bad deads but I hit up all the regular no one answer I took a stroll in ot and nothing finally chica answer she try to up sell 100 for hour I bought her down to .60.

As long as you're using the cell phone it can triangulate you're location even narrow where in the building you are. As of right now the equipment is expensive and usually used for high value criminals not misdemeanor offenses.
