And let me sum it up for you the money being offered is an insult most guys are pulling up on women that looks like they are worth $50-60 but being offered $20 take it or leave. I held the door from closing and he turned around punched me square in the left temple / eye. Then took off.
At this point I'm down 50, standing there all shaky with blood going down the side of my face. I didn't know what to do. So I went into the bathroom and got myself cleaned up. And I was in the lobby of the hotel and had no idea what to do next. My whole life is on that Cell. Mistake 3: Not using a hobby phone. Luckily it was locked, and part of the icloud system. I had the IMEID, the serial number and the find my iphone turned on. So I grabbed my laptop and grabbed onto the Wifi and Told my Iphone to emit a loud burst when it got turned on again.
I was still in shock when an Officer came into the hotel for another reason. I decided to talk to her. The long and short of it I said I was doing something at McDonalds and he jumped in. Turns out they pulled the footage from the video and saw everything. She asked me if I wanted to ammend the statement and why I was actually there. I had to thread the needle as they say, just enough truth, but not everything. She knew what was up and said I was definitely the victim here. So I went ahead and filed the report. I am still up in the air about whether it was wise or not to do so, but I felt like this ass needed to spend some quality time in jail over hitting me, not to mention the phone.
So as the cops are doing there thing, I was approached by another guy in the lobby. Says he can get my phone back for 100. I'm torn on what to do, but decide to say yes, as I really didn't want to go spend 700+ on a new Iphone. I said yes, and about 30 minutes later the phone is back in my hands.

It may or may not have been noticed that some mongers refer to nonpros as "civilians". Shit cracks me up but I'm now using the term because it's real shit. If you are mongering and hanging out in mongering areas you are NOT a civilian. You're in the game. Mongering areas are normally shit holes and You need think and act like it.
If that SW had come down and hopped in the car. (remember the 7 second rule?) she could have made off with the damn phone too and would be in the same boat.
